Snickers Chocolate Chip Cookies

Soft, chewy, chocolatey cookies dotted with chewy snickers bars.
My family said they especially loved the chocolate gooeyness of these cookies.
They are big, I used a ¼ cup to scoop them out cause you gotta have more than one snickers per cookie right?
These are chock full of them.
They really are to die for.

Ingredients

Instructions

In a mixer bowl with paddle attachment, beat butter until it is creamy.
Add in the white and brown sugars and continue to beat until mixed well.
Add in the eggs and vanilla and beat, scraping the sides to make sure it is mixed well.
Add in the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Mix until thoroughly combined and add in 1 cup of milk and chocolate chips into the cookie dough.

Take your snickers and cut half of them in half and the other half cut into quarters.
You can mix the two it just makes sure there are different sizes of chunks.
Add half of snickers to the cookie dough and mix just until the snickers chunks are distributed.
Scoop out cookies with a ¼ scoop and form into flat rounds.
Press some of the remaining snickers chunks and chocolate chips on top.

Bake at 350℉ for 10 mins, they should be light and puffy on top when you pull them out and brown around the bottom and sides.
While the cookies are hot, add remaining chocolate chips where they are needed.
(Also, the snickers bars may melt a bit out onto the pan if they are on the sides, and the caramel will harden.
I just cut off those parts that oozed with my spatula.)
The chips should melt into the cookies and stick.
Wait for them to cool, they will get harder as they cool and give you a delicious chewy cookie!
Enjoy!
