Smooth, thick peanut butter goodness drizzled with chocolate.
These taste just like the center of peanut butter M&M’s.
I’ve made them in pops, and then this quickie version for movie night.
I wanted to get a photo of their centers but they keep disappearing too quick.
I think the best part is that they are super quick to throw together and I have everything for them in my pantry.

Ingredients

• 1 stick butter
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 2 cup powdered sugar
• ½ cup flour
• 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1 stick of butter, mix until smooth, add in 1 cup peanut butter, mix until combined.
Add in 2 cups powdered sugar, ½ cup flour and 1 teaspoon salt.
Roll into balls.
Melt 1 cup chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute.
Stir until smooth and add in 2 teaspoons oil continue stirring until it is all mixed in.
Put into a plastic baggie,
Cut the tip and drizzle over peanut butter truffles, or dip into the chocolate.
