Prosciutto Wrapped Pears

These are really simple to make.
They are salty and sweet.
I usually make them last minute.

Instructions


Take your pears and cut them into slices.
Dip each slice into lemon juice.
Take a piece of your prosciutto and cut it into 3 long sections.
Take one leaf of arugula and some blue cheese put it on top of your pear and then take your pear and put it on the end of a section of prosciutto and wrap the prosciutto around the pear by rolling it.
I usually make this recipe at the last minute because it is best served fresh.
