Salad

Ingredients

• 1 bag of Spinach
• 1 bag of Romaine
• 1 Rotisserie Chicken breast
• 1 Apple cut into squares
• ¼ of a red onion, diced
• 1 container of cherry tomatoes that have been halved
• ½ Red Pepper chopped
• ½ Green Pepper chopped
• ¾ cup Parmesan Cheese
• ½ cup Walnuts
• ½ cup Basil

Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

• ¾ cup extra-virgin olive oil
• ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
• Salt
• Fresh-ground pepper

Instructions

---

Take all of the ingredients and put them in a large bowl and mix with tongs.
Pour the contents of the bowl out onto a large cutting board.
Chop up all of the ingredients together.
Put it back into the bowl and top with balsamic vinaigrette.
