The Best BBQ Ribs

I have been told by many that these are the best ribs they have ever had.
The slow cooker makes them moist and tender, and finishing them on the grill gives them a smokey charred flavor.

Ingredients

Instructions

Cut an onion into slices and put in the bottom of your crockpot.
Remove inner skin from ribs.
Mix brown sugar, pepper, smoke, garlic, and salt.
Take the mixture and rub it all over the pork ribs.
Cut the ribs into sections and layer them in the crockpot on top of the onions.
Pour the cola into the slow cooker.
Set the slow cooker on low and cook for 6 hours.
Carefully pull the ribs out of the crockpot, (they will be falling off the bone) and set them on a plate.
Brush them with BBQ sauce and put them on the grill on high heat.
Grill the ribs, occasionally brushing them with BBQ sauce.
Once the ribs have been charred on the grill, pull them off and give them one last brush with BBQ sauce.
Enjoy!
